Family Reunions, naturally

Gather for your next family reunion at our lakeside lodge nestled within Bald Eagle State Park. With 16 overnight rooms, we can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests for your family reunion. If you need additional lodging, many families appreciate the convenience of the state park’s modern campground, just one mile from the Nature Inn.  

Gather each morning for our hearty, country breakfast while you plan your day’s activities. During the summer, the lake provides excellent fishing, boating, and swimming opportunities. You can even borrow a fishing pole and tackle box at the inn or rent a pontoon from the marina for an afternoon of tubing or water skiing. For those that like to take it a little slower, our patio and covered porches are an ideal spot for enjoying a hand of cards or just catching up with family members!  During the winter, you can enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and tobogganing, and for those that like adventure, ice fishing is a lively sport during the winter months at Bald Eagle State Park.  

For longer reunions, our event coordinator can suggest plenty of day trips for all ages. From local museums to horseback trail rides, there are activities to please everyone.
At the end of the day, regardless of season, gather around the fire with your loved ones sharing memories and creating new ones! A reunion would not be complete without plenty of delicious food and shared family meals.  Our culinary staff and event coordinator will work with you to plan the perfect set of meals, from deli luncheon and barbecues to pizza night and s'mores to fit all of your family's tastes!
