Peak Foliage Photo Gallery

The smell of crisp autumn air and the sound of leaves crunching under your boots. The splash of color painted on the mountains as far as the eye can see. Cool, clear nights under the stars in your favorite sweater. Autumn at The Nature Inn is just a few weeks away. The temperatures are dropping and the leaves are changing. Take some inspiration from our peak foliage photo gallery, and see this natural beauty for yourself. We'll have the fireplace crackling and a cup of hot tea waiting for you when you return.

Countless areas that surround the inn provide perfect opportunities to get into the woods and explore. The best hiking weather and most beautiful scenery can be found this time of year. Follow these directions to Zindel and Rickets Glenn, which are two of my favorite places to go during autumn. I hope you find them as captivating and breathtaking as I do.
